The Climax Blueberry is an early-season Rabbiteye variety known for its high yield of large, dark blueberries. Blooming from February to early March, the bush is covered with delicate white and pink flowers, adding beauty to your garden. This vigorous plant grows to 6–8 feet tall, producing an abundance of blueberries year after year.
In the southern growing region, the Climax Blueberry ripens from May to June, offering a plentiful harvest of sweet, juicy fruit.
Unlike some self-fruiting varieties, the Climax Blueberry requires cross-pollination to bear fruit. For optimal results, pair it with other Rabbiteye varieties like Tifblue, or Premier.

| Pruning | In late winter, Prune for an open, vase-like shape to improve air circulation and sunlight exposure. This reduces the risk of disease and ensures even fruit ripening. |
